The workshop was to show the interrelation of cork with different drinks and foods on a meal, looking for innovation and surprise, and the interaction of the audience. The menu consisted of five types of beverages covered with different types of corks, ranging from appetizers to dessert, paired with dishes from the Mediterranean diet.
The aim of the workshop was that the public know the different types of cork stoppers on the market and its functionality in each type of beverage. Similarly, also the Mediterranean cuisine i promote their products.
