From November 9 to November 11 Valladolid, it(he,she) has received the Days VI International Sumillería's before the presence of more than 250 wine stewards of all the Autonomous Spanish Communities.
The Catalan Institute of the Cork has been present across the accomplishment of a conference with the title(degree) " Enology + Ecology = Cork " in that Manuel Pretel, The Technical Director of the ICSuro, has initiated introducing what is the ICSuro and which are the principal activities of this public consortium. A conference with a clear conclusion: the cork is the best ally of the wine and of the nature.
The contribution of the ICSuro also has consisted of the confection of a few stoppers for wine and for wine-cellar(champaign) marked with the emblem of the days which participants have placed in the different stands of the warehouses in the " Space Market " as symbol of the binomial cork - wine / cork - wine-cellar.
During the days the contest has been realized to the Best Wine steward of Spain where there have been chosen three better wine stewards that have been Mr Carles Aymerich, of the Restaurant Khan's Celler Rock, (Girona) and the finalists have been, secondly Mr Rafael Reyes of the Restaurant Chencho's Farmhouse (Elche) and thirdly Mr David Ghosn of the Restaurant Adolfo (Toledo).
